Free standard UK delivery on orders over £40. Free next-day delivery on orders over £80. Order before 3:30pm on a working day and your parcel is dispatched the same day. Everything ships from the United Kingdom via Royal Mail, in plain, unbranded packaging.
The short answer
Yes, next-day delivery is available.
There are three delivery options at checkout — standard, express and next working day. Next working day is £8.99, and it is free on orders of £80 or more. Standard is £1.99, and free from £40. Express sits between them at £3.99.
The cut-off is the part that decides whether your order moves today. Order before 3:30pm on a working day and it is dispatched the same day. Order after 3:30pm, or at a weekend or on a bank holiday, and it is dispatched the next working day. Delivery estimates begin from dispatch, not from when you place the order.

Order £80 or more and next working day is the option you get, at no charge. Between £40 and £79.99 standard is free, with express and next working day available at the prices above. Below £40 all three are chargeable.
Orders placed after 3:30pm, at a weekend or on a bank holiday are dispatched the next working day. Delivery estimates begin from dispatch, not from when you order. We ship to the UK only at present.

Ordering around an appointment
Leave yourself a working day in hand.
The two things that decide when a parcel arrives are the 3:30pm cut-off and the working-day calendar, and a bank holiday moves both. If your appointment is close, next-day delivery ordered before 3:30pm on a working day is the quickest route we offer — and if it is not close, standard delivery over £40 costs nothing and gives you room if a parcel is delayed.

That depends on when you order rather than on anything about the product. Next working day, placed before 3:30pm on a working day, is the quickest route available; a weekend or a bank holiday pushes dispatch to the next working day. Standard is estimated at 4–6 working days and express at 2–3, both from dispatch — so if the appointment is close, order early in the day and choose next working day.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Every order is dispatched in plain, unbranded packaging, and parcels are designed to fit through a standard letterbox wherever possible.
How do I track my order?
A confirmation email with a Royal Mail tracking link is sent as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also track directly at royalmail.com/track-your-item. If nothing arrives within 24 hours, check your spam folder, then email cs@senseless.uk.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at present. We ship to the United Kingdom only.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If the order has not been dispatched yet, email cs@senseless.uk and we will change it. Once it has been dispatched the address cannot be changed.
My order hasn't arrived. What now?
Check the tracking link first — it is the fastest answer. If the expected window has passed with no update, email cs@senseless.uk with your order number. Please report delivery problems within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
