Dispatch

Orders placed before 3pm on a working day are dispatched the same day; after 3pm, or at weekends and on bank holidays, the next working day. All orders ship from the United Kingdom via Royal Mail.

Free delivery

Free standard UK delivery on orders from £40. Free next-day delivery on orders from £80. Order before 3pm on a working day for same-day dispatch.

Tracking your order

A confirmation email with a tracking link is sent on dispatch. Track directly at royalmail.com/track-your-item. No confirmation within 24 hours — check spam or contact cs@senseless.uk.

Problems with your delivery

Damaged, missing, or late beyond the expected window — contact cs@senseless.uk with your order number. Report delivery issues within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
