Dispatch

Orders placed before 1pm on a working day are dispatched the same day; after 1pm, or at weekends and on bank holidays, the next working day. All orders ship from the United Kingdom via Royal Mail.

Free delivery

Free standard UK delivery on orders over £40. Free next-day delivery on orders over £80. Order before 1pm on a working day for same-day dispatch.

Tracking your order

A confirmation email with a tracking link is sent on dispatch. Track directly at royalmail.com/track-your-item. No confirmation within 24 hours — check spam or contact cs@senseless.uk.

Problems with your delivery

Damaged, missing, or late beyond the expected window — contact cs@senseless.uk with your order number. Report delivery issues within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

Change my address after ordering?

If not yet dispatched, contact cs@senseless.uk; once dispatched it can't be changed.

International shipping?

UK only at present.

Not home for delivery?

The courier follows its standard redelivery process; check your tracking link.

Order hasn't arrived?
