  2. Spend and earn

    Earn 1 point for every £1 you spend. Points land on any order placed while you're signed in.

  3. Redeem

    Turn points into money off your next order — 100 points = £1 off, applied from your account.

Same account, same points — the app just earns faster. Points marked “coming soon” aren't active yet; they'll start earning once they're live.

Points have no cash value and can't be exchanged for cash. Points earned on an order are removed if that order is later refunded. App-only perks — double points, the 200-point welcome bonus, and birthday points — require the Senseless app. Ways to earn marked “coming soon” are planned and not yet active. Do my points expire?

No. In this first version of the programme, your points don't expire.

What happens to my points if I return an order?

Points earned on an order are removed if that order is refunded, in line with the refund.

Does guest checkout earn points?

No — points are tied to your account, so you need to be signed in (in the app or on the web). Guest checkout doesn't collect points.

How do I redeem points?

Your balance and redeem option are on your account page. 100 points = £1 off — sign in to view and redeem.

Where do I see my balance?

Your live balance lives on your account page — sign in to view it. This page is just the overview.

Are more ways to earn coming?

Yes — referrals, product reviews and following us on social are on the way. They're marked “coming soon” on this page and will start earning once they're live.
