Redeeming & the rules
- Redeem 100 points = £1 off. Use them in your basket, just above Checkout, or from your account; each reward has a minimum order (from £5).
- 24-month expiry From 1 October 2026, points expire after 24 months without earning or redeeming. Points earned before then are protected until at least 1 October 2028.
- Signed in only Guest checkout doesn't earn — sign in to collect.

Same account, same points — the app just earns faster. The 10% is a discount applied to your order in the app; it's separate from points, so you collect points as normal on top. Points marked “coming soon” aren't active yet; they'll start earning once they're live.
Points have no cash value and can't be exchanged for cash. Points earned on an order are removed if that order is later refunded. App-only perks — the 10% app discount, double points, the 200-point welcome bonus, and birthday points — require the Senseless app. The 10% is a discount on the order, not a points offer, and is applied automatically in the app. Ways to earn marked “coming soon” are planned and not yet active. Do my points expire?
From 1 October 2026, your points expire if you go 24 months without earning or redeeming any, and earning or redeeming restarts the clock. Points earned before then will not expire before 1 October 2028 at the earliest. Discount codes you have already claimed do not expire. Full detail is in the Rewards terms.
What happens to my points if I return an order?
Points earned on an order are removed if that order is refunded, in line with the refund.
Does guest checkout earn points?
No — points are tied to your account, so you need to be signed in (in the app or on the web). Guest checkout doesn't collect points.
What can I get with my points?
£1 off an order of £5 or more for 100 points, £5 off an order of £25 or more for 500 points, £10 off an order of £50 or more for 1,000 points, or £20 off an order of £100 or more for 2,000 points.
How do I redeem points?
In your basket, just above the Checkout button, or on the Rewards page in your account. 100 points = £1 off, on orders of £5 or more. Your reward is a discount code made just for you; your basket shows it as “Your points”.
Where do I see my balance?
Once you're signed in, your balance shows on this page, next to Rewards in the menu, and on the Rewards page in your account.
Are more ways to earn coming?
Yes — referrals, product reviews and following us on social are on the way. They're marked “coming soon” on this page and will start earning once they're live.
