Start with clean, dry skin, hold the spray around 10–15cm away and apply full, even coverage across the area. Leave it on ahead of your appointment; specific timing varies — follow the product guidance and your practitioner. Apply to clean, unbroken skin before your appointment, and top up through it only with your practitioner's agreement.
