Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your account for the Senseless app.

Delete in the app (quickest)

1. Open the Senseless app and go to the Account tab.
2. Tap Settings, then Delete account.
3. Confirm. You'll be signed out and your account is erased.

If you can't use the app

Email cs@senseless.uk from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account", and we'll do it for you.

What gets deleted

Your rewards account — your points balance and birthday — and we ask the store to erase your customer details.

What we keep

Records of past orders that the law requires us to keep (for example, for tax).

This can't be undone.
